Zusammenfassung

AIB is seeking a Senior Cyber Governance Manager for its Dublin Hybrid office. You will lead governance across cyber risk, resilience and technology risk, coordinating Board and Executive governance and ensuring accountability across the organisation.

You will work with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide clear insights, challenge assumptions and drive regulatory readiness in a complex environment.

Qualifikationen

• Governance, cyber security, operational resilience or technology risk experience in a complex, regulated organisation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with senior-level influence.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and producing management reporting for Board/Exco.

Aufgaben

• Lead CSRO governance framework and set governance standards across Enterprise Security & Resilience.
• Lead Executive and Board‑level governance and reporting with timely, decision-focused insight.
• Provide trusted advice and challenge to senior leaders; coordinate governance, decisions and actions.
