Qualifications

• 3+ years team management experience.

• In depth knowledge of customs clearance requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customs Department in Dublin with end-to-end responsibility for import, export, and transit activities.
• Develop robust, compliant processes and continuously improve performance.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and team leaders to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue, HMRC, and EU authorities, maintaining strong relationships.
• Attend meetings, support sales teams, and lead system testing and training.
