Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design for Crypto Solutions. You will design end-to-end user experiences that simplify risk and compliance signals into actionable insights, collaborating with Product, PMTs and Engineers to translate strategy into intuitive digital journeys.

Responsibilities include creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, validating them with user research, and designing communications to pitch concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a user experience function with validated solutions.
• Experience in enterprise software, fintech, payments, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to execute tactical design outputs with senior peer support.
• Proficiency with design systems and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work across Product, PMT, Engineering and Data Science teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products including onboarding, research, monitoring and reporting journeys.
• Apply UX methods to identify solutions, validate them and prepare deliverables for Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, PMTs and Engineers to translate strategy into intuitive experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; validate via user research.
• Create communications and decks to pitch product ideas to stakeholders.
• Contribute to timely, quality deliverables within initiatives.
• Grow design skills within a cross-functional, senior team environment.
