Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Experience Design, Crypto to shape the Crypto Solutions portfolio within the Financial Crimes organization.

You will craft intuitive, customer-centric experiences that translate complex risk, compliance, and security signals into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Product, PMTs, and Engineers to translate strategy into end-to-end journeys, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and validate them through user

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a user experience function.
• Experience in enterprise software, fintech, payments, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to execute tactical design outputs with support from senior-level peers.
• Experience leveraging Copilot, Figma Make & other generative AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma for UX prototyping and design systems.
• Experience collaborating across Product, PMT, Engineering, and Data Science in a fast-moving environment.
• A customer-centric advocate turning complexity into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products, including onboarding, researching, monitoring, and reporting journeys.
• Apply best-practice UX methods to identify solutions to customer problems, validate them, and create final deliverables for Engineering partners.
• Work closely with Product Managers, PMTs, and Engineers to translate product strategy and customer needs into intuitive digital experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and validate them through user research and usability testing.
• Design communications and decks to pitch new product ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Support hands-on product-feature design within initiatives, contributing to timely, quality deliverables that meet stated goals.
• Work as part of a functional team, partnering with senior-level peers to gain experience and grow design skillset over time.
