Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to shape the future of Crypto Solutions. You will design end-to-end experiences that translate complex risk and compliance signals into intuitive insights for financial institutions.

You will collaborate with Product, PMTs, Engineers, and Data Science to align product strategy with customer needs, delivering high-quality, user-centric designs that meet security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a user experience function with ability to design and validate solutions that solve user problems.
• Experience in enterprise software, fintech, payments, compliance, fraud, cybersecurity or related fields; digital asset or blockchain exposure is a plus.
• Ability to execute tactical design outputs with support from senior peers.
• Develop new designs leveraging Copilot, Figma Make & other generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles
• Passion to be the empathetic advocate for the customer by turning complexity into simple solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma for UX prototyping and design systems.
• Experience leveraging design systems
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for communicating design concepts and product ideas.
• Comfort collaborating with Product, PMT, Engineering, and Data Science in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products, including onboarding, researching, monitoring, and reporting journeys.
• Apply best-practice UX methods to identify solutions to customer problems, experiment to validate them, and create final deliverables for Engineering partners.
• Work closely with Product Managers, PMTs, and Engineers to translate product strategy and customer needs into intuitive digital experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and validate them through user research and usability testing.
• Design communications and decks to pitch new product ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Support hands-on product-feature design within initiatives, contributing to timely, quality deliverables that meet stated goals.
• Work as part of a functional team, partnering with senior-level peers to grow design skillset over time.
