Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in Ireland seeks a Senior Creative Specialist to lead the design for the Marketing and CX strategy for a global asset wealth management firm. You will translate business requirements into engaging content, delivering visually compelling assets for a high-level audience.

You will shape brand standards, collaborate with marketing, and present creative solutions to senior stakeholders in a hybrid setup. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential.

Qualifications

• BA in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent design skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidently pitch ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Ceros is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles.
• Experience identifying business development opportunities.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Lead responsible for driving all design aspects of the Marketing and CX strategy for a global asset wealth management firm. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the value of design to business through creative storytelling and collaboration, from strategy to high quality execution. This role requires a creative design thinker with strong print and digital background, and meticulous attention to detail, who can deliver visually and editorially compelling assets for a high-level audience. We want to grow the career of a passionate designer, with experience translating business requirements into engaging content.

Your responsibilities:

• Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
• Working with the marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• BA in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Approx 5+ industry years’ relevant experience
• Exceptional creative design skills, with a creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
• Confident and comfortable pitching your ideas to communicate your concepts to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
• Experience working with Ceros is a plus
• Knowledge of accessibility principles
• Experience identifying business development opportunities
