The role

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Data Analyst to support the evolution of the client’s channel intelligence capabilities by connecting marketing data assets, improving reporting and measurement processes, analyzing digital engagement signals, and helping teams make smarter in-market decisions. This role combines analytical execution, data stewardship, reporting modernization, and emerging insights generation, with significant opportunity to shape future AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

This position supports a broad portfolio of marketing initiatives, including email, webinar, digital campaign, and lead-generation programs across multiple business units. This client uses Adobe and familiarity with it is critical.

Key Initial Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain existing lead management and campaign reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of performance insights.
• Partner with marketing, Salesforce, and EDP teams to ensure reliable + accurate MQL data flows.
• Create and maintain process documentation, reporting methodologies, and business rules to ensure process consistency.
• Support ad hoc reporting and business requests related to campaign performance, audience engagement, and in-market channel optimization.

• Support benchmark reporting + integrated channel dashboard enhancements

Growth Opportunities

• Develop leading-indicator frameworks to offer real-time visibility into performance drivers + drags
• Analyze customer and advisor digital engagement behavior, generating insights that aid in personalization and channel optimization initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual reporting effort + improve efficiency
• Contribute to AI-enabled measurement and insights capabilities

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, marketing operations, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting marketing performance measurement, lead management, CRM reporting, or campaign analytics programs.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating business requirements into practical reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring reporting processes with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

• Essential: hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and strong familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing technology platforms is also desirable.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms.
