Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for our Web applications delivery in Ireland. You will lead a multi-location AMS team focused on .NET and React, ensuring services meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Dublin with hybrid work (3 days on client site), you will coordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications while guiding incident, change, and release management across complex enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Extensive AMS experience delivering support, enhancement, and transformation programmes in enterprise web apps.
• End-to-end AMS engagements for .NET and React apps including incident, problem, change, release, and service requests.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-location delivery teams across on-site, offshore and hybrid models.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team in Web applications space (with a focus on .net & React).

Your Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management

• Ensure stable operation of Web applications (Primary .net & React) and business processes.
• Manage Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
• Deliver services within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive resolution of critical incidents and escalations
• Lead onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Manage functional and technical consultants.
• Resource planning, workload balancing, and succession planning.
• Drive team performance, skills development, and knowledge transfer.

Governance & Reporting

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reviews.
• Present operational, financial, risk, and performance reports.
• Track backlog, ageing tickets, service requests, and SLA compliance.
• Ensure contractual commitments are met.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client leadership.
• Manage expectations and communications during major incidents and transformations.
• Facilitate steering committee and operational review meetings.
• Manage budget, revenue, margins, and resource utilisation.
• Review forecasts and approve staffing plans.
• Ensure services are delivered within commercial commitments.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities across the SAP landscape.
• Reduce ticket volumes through automation and root cause elimination.
• Improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Drive innovation and value-add initiatives.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Possesses extensive experience (10+ years) in Application Management Services (AMS), delivering support, enhancement, and transformation programmes across complex enterprise web application environments.
• Extensive experience in managing end-to-end AMS engagements for .NET and React applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
• Proven track record of leading large multi-location application support teams across onsite, offshore, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong expertise in SLA governance, KPI management, service reporting, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and working closely with business and IT leadership to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated capability in managing application support transitions, knowledge transfer programmes, and operational readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of application support processes, governance frameworks, risk management, and operational controls within enterprise environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing delivery teams.
• Experience in identifying automation opportunities, driving operational efficiencies, and improving service performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of modern web application architectures, including .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, particularly within large-scale enterprise environments.
• ITIL Certification
