Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Art/Design or equivalent.
• Extraordinary design skills with world-class portfolio.
• Outstanding presentation skills and ability to pitch to all org levels.
• 12+ years in art direction and design in creative agencies or client-side groups; B2B/tech brands a plus.
• 8+ years leading and managing a team in a creative setting; global experience a plus.
• 8+ years in marketing with digital, print, interactive, websites, video.
• Hands-on expertise across advertising, film, websites, mobile, graphic design, events.
• Knowledge of creative processes and digital tools; AI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide conceptual and strategic creative leadership on high-value initiatives (brand, events, campaigns).
• Define processes to ensure Flex Creative engages on high-impact work while scaling when needed.
• Collaborate with Global Design Production leadership to plan, intake, and volume of work.
• Hire, onboard, and manage art directors, designers, and copywriters for scale and quality.
• Mentor and guide local brand and creative teams as senior in-region leader.
• Support messaging alignment and creative continuity across regions when required.
• Drive creative scale and influence across the organization with senior leadership.
