Alvarez & Marsal in Dublin is seeking a Manager, Corporate Tax to lead complex advisory work for multinational and Irish-headquartered clients across various sectors. You will deliver on-site solutions, manage tax provisions, and drive client relationships with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualifications and strong Irish tax advisory experience, with a collaborative, energetic approach and potential to grow within a global tax practice.

Formación

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Irish corporate tax advisory experience.
• Ability to direct others while teaching and coaching them.
• Flexibility in approach to clients and advice.
• Enjoy working in a close and dynamic team.
• Energetic with the ability to grow.
• Experience working in the Spanish market is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of multinational and Irish head quartered corporations across multiple sectors.
• Work on complex advisory projects around mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing and reorganisations, handling disputes with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, and other areas of tax advisory.
• On-site client engagement to ensure successful project delivery and hands-on problem solving.
• Prepare and review corporation tax provisions and computations.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting and client communication.
• Involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.
