Job summary

You will support delivery of corporate tax services to multinational and Irish-headquartered organisations across sectors, and participate in advisory engagements on mergers, tax-efficient financing and reorganisations.

ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
Experience advising Irish corporate tax matters is expected.

Responsibilities

Deliver corporate tax services to multinational and Irish-headquartered organisations.
Assist advisory engagements covering mergers, tax-efficient financing, corporate reorganisations, Irish Revenue interactions.
Collaborate with clients and engagement teams, including on-site projects, to address corporate tax challenges.
Prepare corporation tax computations, tax provisions, and related documentation for review.
Support project execution by tracking deliverables and client communications.
Assist with business development, research, proposals and thought leadership.
