Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Dublin is seeking a Transactions Tax Associate to join the A&M Tax team. You will support transaction tax advisory work across a range of client engagements and interact directly with clients to understand tax considerations throughout the deal lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will be ACA, AITI or ACCA qualified, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior team members.

Qualifications

• ACA, AITI or ACCA qualification is required.
• Experience in transaction tax advisory across deals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of strong and ongoing client relationships
• Assisting with transaction tax advisory work across a range of engagements
• Working directly with clients to understand and address tax considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Identifying areas of risk for clients and supporting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies
• Liaising with tax specialists in other areas of the practice
• Supporting project delivery, including coordinating timelines, maintaining budgets and assisting with client communication
• Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
