Job summary

William Fry is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate to join our Corporate team in Ireland. You will advise on domestic and cross-border M&A, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and provide practical corporate law advice to clients.

You will also manage and support transaction workstreams, including due diligence and coordination with clients and advisers, delivering commercially focused solutions for complex deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a large, medium or boutique firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a good eye for detail.
• Proven track record of excellence in client service.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic with a flexible approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments and corporate restructurings.
• Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents, including share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused corporate and company law advice to clients.
• Manage and support transaction workstreams, including legal due diligence and coordinating with clients, colleagues and other advisers.
