William Fry LLP, a leading Irish corporate law firm, is seeking a Senior Construction Lawyer to join its Dublin office.

You will advise on procurement, disputes, project management, EOT and claims and draft contracts like RIAI and NEC, while supporting cross‑practice teams on large-scale projects for Irish and global clients.

The role emphasizes mentoring juniors, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to a dynamic, high‑performing team in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in construction/energy infrastructure projects.
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating construction contracts (RIAI, NEC, professional appointments).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to mentor juniors.
• Client-focused with track record of maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on construction-related legal issues, including procurement, disputes, project management, EOT and claims, and M&A related construction elements.
• Draft and negotiate key contracts and agreements for diverse project types.
• Participate in Ireland's large and complex construction projects, engaging with Irish and global clients.
