Job summary

Harper Finley Professional Recruitment partners with a well-established Dublin law firm to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. The role involves managing a varied residential and commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion, with close collaboration with clients, banks, estate agents and other advisers.

Ideal candidate has around 5 years PQE, solid Irish property law knowledge, excellent drafting and client management skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts, leases and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential and commercial conveyancing caseload
• Handling purchases, sales, transfers and related property transactions
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Reviewing and drafting contracts, leases and other property documentation
• Conducting and reviewing title searches and raising/replying to requisitions
• Liaising with banks, financial institutions, agents and other solicitors
• Managing mortgage and financing documentation where required
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within required timeframes
• Providing commercially focused and practical advice to clients
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
