Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects in Galway. You will plan programmes, monitor progress, and manage subcontractor engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You'll produce reports, forecasts, and costs updates, liaise with site teams and stakeholders, and contribute to senior management planning. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with 10+ years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Experience managing multiple projects and reporting progress and budgets.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Project; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and ensure detailed programmes for site delivery.
• Produce progress reports, forecasts and updated costs.
• Engage subcontractors and manage commercial engagement.
• Coordinate with site managers and stakeholders across teams.
• Build relationships with clients and third-party providers.
