Job summary

Talent-Curve in Salthill, Galway, seeks a Contracts Manager to lead the €8.5M student accommodation project and ensure successful delivery with the project team and client.

Based in Salthill, you will drive programme, budget, quality and safety while coordinating subcontractors, design teams and suppliers to meet the programme and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or accommodation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, programme management and commercial control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
• Relevant construction/engineering qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

A well-established and growing main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The Role

You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of an €8.5M student accommodation development in Salthill, Galway, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, design team and client.
