Job summary

AA Euro Group in Cork is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager (Developer) to oversee multiple large-scale projects across Cork. The role requires over 10 years of experience managing Industrial, Residential and Commercial construction over €20m, with a move towards a client-side leadership position.

You will lead project teams, implement execution and safety plans, manage on-site teams and supply chains, and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years senior level experience on large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience working with top-tier contractors.
• Strong knowledge of Design and Build contractual obligations.
• Understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Project Team functions.
• Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan, with reference to HSE & Quality plan.
• Manage on-site construction teams for delivery of projects.
• Manage all Health and Safety aspects of the project.
• Manage onsite supply chain for timely delivery.
• Monitor project programs and site progress to ensure completion.
• Hold regular on-site progress meetings with project team and suppliers.
• Contribute to construction methodology and project management plan.
• Comply with company management, quality, and environmental systems.
• Represent the Company at all project meetings.
• Manage client expectations on contracts to develop and maintain relationships.
