Job summary

Sisk is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to lead on-site delivery in Cork, Ireland. You will oversee safety, quality and financial performance, coordinating contract activities from preconstruction through close-out with a focus on HSEQS compliance and value improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in civil project management, strong leadership, and experience with NEC3/JCT contracts. A Chartered or equivalent qualification is preferred; a robust health & safety background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness with proven stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of NEC3 and JCT Design & Build forms of contract; familiarity with sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team functions including PEP, risk management and HSEQS compliance.
• Coordinate consultant and subcontractor design delivery and BIM where applicable.
• Monitor progress against programme and prepare monthly project reporting.
• Lead subcontractor selection, progress meetings and commercial monitoring.
• Drive completion, client handover and post-construction activities.
