Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for residential development projects in North Dublin and Ashbourne. The role covers coordinating from planning through construction, handover, and Taking in Charge, working with consultants, contractors and authorities.

You will lead programmes, manage risks, ensure BCAR compliance, and report progress to senior management. Attractive salary €115,000–€130,000 plus vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Project Management / Development Management / Senior Construction.
• Strong Irish residential construction/development experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Strong programme, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Taking in Charge experience would be highly advantageous.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Managing project programmes, milestones, risks and critical path activities.
• Overseeing planning, BCAR and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinating ESB, Uisce Éireann and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Managing the interface between project management and site teams.
• Coordinating snagging, handover and completion activities.
• Managing Taking in Charge processes with Local Authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting on programme, cost, risks, compliance and project progress to senior management.
