Job summary

Amach is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of corporate sites in Ireland. The role emphasizes hard services, technical maintenance, client relationships and subcontractor performance.

You will manage CAFM systems, KPIs and budgets while ensuring compliant, cost-efficient service delivery across multiple sites. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Contract Management, Technical Services, Facilities Management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hard services and building engineering.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex service contracts.
• Strong understanding of CAFM, PPM, compliance and SLA/KPI management.
• Commercial and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
• Relevant technical, engineering or trade qualification.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, contract scope, SLAs, KPIs and operational reviews.
• Oversee hard services and technical maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, fire and life safety.
• Manage specialist subcontractors, including performance, compliance, RAMS, quotations and invoicing.
• Oversee CAFM systems, PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, purchase orders and contract variations.
• Support engineers, technicians and facilities teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiencies and service quality.
• Support projects, mobilisations and equipment upgrades where required.
