The Senior Consultant, Compliance will play a key role in supporting the Head of Compliance in the delivery and ongoing enhancement of the Compliance Programme. The role will provide senior‑level support across Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring, regulatory change, compliance policies, management reporting, governance committee reporting, and regulatory engagement. This role will report to the Head of Compliance and will be expected to act as a trusted senior compliance partner, providing constructive challenge, clear advice, and practical support to the business, Senior Management, and the wider compliance team. The role will also support the Head of Compliance in preparing for and attending key governance forums and may deputise for, or represent, the Head of Compliance at such forums where required. This is a second line of defence role requiring strong judgement, senior stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to operate independently while escalating appropriately.
