Job summary

Coopero Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, budget, on-time delivery, and quality to client specifications.

You will coordinate design teams and contractors, manage finances and risk, and report to clients and monitors while maintaining industry standards and proactive value for clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction, a relevant engineering/architecture degree, and Chartered status or on track,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of projects from planning and design through to completion.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, to specification and client requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and main contractors.
• Manage financial reporting to Client and Bank Monitors.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure quality and safety standards.
