Job summary

RBK Chartered Accountants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple design & build projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will manage programmes, budgets, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

The role requires 8–12 years in construction project management, with a solid background in design coordination and design & build delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related discipline.
• 8–12 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong background in Design & Build project delivery and design coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and key client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple design & build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality, and safety across all projects.
• Coordinate design teams and manage design development with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Provide regular progress updates, reports, and programme reviews to clients and senior management.
