Dr. Ekler & Associates Human Resources Development Consultants Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join a growing planning function of a leading Irish contractor.

The role suits someone with a strong site background in Site Engineer to Project Manager roles. You will develop realistic, buildable programmes across pre-construction and live projects, establish sequencing and dependencies, visit live sites, and support tender through to completion.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years construction experience with strong site background.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Establish sequencing, dependencies and construction methodology.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers.
• Visit live project sites to assess progress and constraints.
• Identify programme risks, delays and sequencing conflicts.
• Prepare short- and long-term lookahead programmes.
• Support projects from tender/pre-construction through to completion.
