Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking experienced Planners to join a leading Tier 1 construction company based in Dublin. This role involves developing project schedules, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring the timely delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction planning, scheduling, or a related role.
• Proven experience in Earned Value Methodology and scheduling for NEC contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to create project plans that align with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as required.
