Job summary

• CPD activity and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to specifications.
• Lead project teams, allocate responsibilities and evaluate performance.
• Maintain client and design-team communications and expectations.
• Draft and manage programmes, budgets and cost controls with QS.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings and promote new work.
