3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Buyer for a Head Office role in North Dublin. You will be responsible for procuring materials, plant and services across multiple projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have procurement experience in construction, familiarity with main contractors, and strong Excel/ERP skills. A long-term career with ongoing professional development is on offer, with a salary in the region of €70,000–€85,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for construction projects.
• Experience with main contractors preferred.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Organised and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Procure materials, plant and services for projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations; negotiate prices and terms.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with site, commercial and project teams on procurement.
• Track orders and deliveries; resolve supply issues.
• Maintain procurement records and support cost-saving initiatives.
