Business Development Manager – Construction (Hybrid)

A leading Main Contractor seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its Passive Fire Protection sector in Meath, Dublin and greater Leinster region. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience, preferably at the main contractor level, and a strong ability to build relationships with top developers. This role requires an ambitious professional to establish a client base and drive sector growth. OTE are €100k+ and flexible package for more experienced candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a business development role
• Ideally some construction industry experience – ideally for a main contractor
• Ideally will have been involved in winning large-scale projects or driving the growth of a sector within a construction company
• Preconstruction and tender experience is NOT a requirement and is not part of this role.
• Ability to form relationships at the highest levels with top developers and other prospective clients.
• Confident, self-starter
• Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Salary

• Basic salary circa €100k+ OTE
• Car Allowance
• Hybrid 2-3 days.
