Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in commercial property.
• Property qualification and PSRA licensing pathway.

• Strong numerical and report-writing abilities.
• Full driving license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Financial management – budgets, sinking funds, rent collection.
• Tenant and Landlord liaison, client reporting.
• Schedule work, set priorities, and supervise staff.
• Site visits and full site knowledge.
• Prepare client reports and asset performance reviews.
• Prepare service charge budgets and apportionment.
• Oversee debt collection procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and advisors; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support asset management strategies and business development.
