Job summary

Eos Talent is partnering with an established, independent property consultancy in Kildare to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Manager. This role offers autonomy and direct access to decision-makers within a close-knit team of three, managing a varied portfolio of industrial estates and business parks.

You will own the operational and financial performance, lead a small team, and build strong landlord and tenant relationships while delivering practical property advice and proactive

Qualifications

• Solid track record in commercial property management, including industrial/logistics/business park portfolios.
• Strong financial understanding: service charges, budgets, expenditure.
• Experience dealing with landlords, tenants and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of operational and financial performance of commercial properties.
• Leading and coordinating a three-person team to maintain high service standards.
• Managing budgets, service charges and long-term maintenance planning.
• Overseeing contractors and property improvement works and day-to-day issues.
• Building relationships with tenants and occupiers to resolve issues and maintain positive relations.
• Ensuring compliance, insurance, reporting and other management requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve property management and client service.
