This role involves validating budgets, liaising with project managers, managing procurement, and overseeing contract compliance for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably with a background in large-scale projects or data centers. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a QS/Commercial Role.
• Experience in a Commercial leadership role on large scale projects/data centres.
• Competent in assessing Contract Documents and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Validate all tender and construction budgets for compliance.
• Advise Project Managers on administrative aspects.
• Manage the procurement process from inception to completion.
• Oversee Internal Monthly Cost Reports to ensure compliance.
• Manage dispute resolution and claims when necessary.
