Job summary

Afiniti seeks an Associate General Counsel, Commercial Contracts in Dublin, Ireland. The role leads the full lifecycle of customer, partner, and vendor contracting for a multinational AI company at a pivotal point in its growth.

You will work closely with the broader legal team on governance, IP, and regulatory matters while improving AI-driven contracting tools and processes. A strong background in enterprise tech agreements is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in law, especially with enterprise tech
• Strong negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of master services, customer, statements of work, order forms, and renewals
• Negotiate partner and ecosystem agreements with hyperscalers, resellers, and system integrators
• Advise on data rights, IP ownership, liability, indemnities, and termination
• Mature AI-enabled contracting stack and drive metrics for contracting performance
• Mentor legal and non-attorney contributors on contract matters
