Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Dublin. You will draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts and help establish a strong legal function across the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal in London.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and opportunities to work with a fast-growing, generative AI-focused company serving top law firms and professional services.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years post qualification experience in commercial or tech practice.
• Transactional background including technology and IP licensing.
• AI experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to think creatively and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-focused and collaborative; eager to build expertise in an evolving practice.
• Dual qualified or fluency in a second language in Germany, France, Nordics, Italy, or Spain.
• Jurists qualified in Germany, Spain, France, Nordics or Italy would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts.
• Help establish the legal function in the EMEA region under the Head of EMEA Legal.
• Work on other legal issues as they arise.
