Responsibilities

• Maintain and renew a book of SME commercial clients.
• Develop and grow existing client portfolio with significant renewal growth.
• Negotiate premiums with insurers and clients to finalise renewals.
• Process payments, issue renewal documents, and keep records up to date.
• Monitor renewals targets and generate leads for new business.
