Responsibilities

• Completing pre-renewal documents on upcoming renewals with clients to assess changes to policy.
• Request renewal terms from insurers, rebroke to alternative insurers if necessary, post terms to system and issue renewal notice.
• Follow up and issue reminders on upcoming renewals.
• Negotiate premiums with insurers and insureds.
• Finalise renewals with insurers and insureds.
• Accept payments and process on system.
• Review and issue policy documents to insureds.
• Aim to achieve renewal targets and update reports.
• Handle client queries by phone, email and in person.
• Document all communications with clients and insurers clearly in the system.
• Work on new business leads to achieve targets and generate leads for financial services.
• Follow up on outstanding premiums and manage aged debt.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance timelines.
• Achieve monthly new business and renewals targets.
