Job summary

Novartis Ireland in Dublin is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Data Lead to shape data strategy and drive end-to-end data delivery across multiple trials. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on data management to ensure high-quality, submission-ready data for regulatory decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in clinical data management, strong GCP knowledge, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining quality and timelines in a regulated R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience managing clinical trial data and driving data strategy across multiple studies.
• Experience in clinical data management within a regulated R&D environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical data management activities across multiple trials for timely, compliant data outputs.
• Define and drive trial-level data strategies aligned with program objectives and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end data management from collection to database lock readiness.
• Represent data management in cross-functional forums, guiding decisions with clarity.
• Identify data risks, perform root cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
• Support Quality by Design and audit readiness across trials.
• Share insights and guidance to improve decision making and portfolio delivery.
