Citi Dublin is seeking an Investor Senior Client Service Officer to deliver proactive, client-centric service across Global/Direct Custody. You will handle settlements, asset servicing, cash, FX, and tax, while collaborating with internal partners to ensure risk-controlled, high-quality client outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid model in Dublin with opportunities to deepen custody operations expertise and exposure to international financial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or client service within financial services.
• Knowledge of custody, settlements, asset servicing, cash management, FX or tax is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to clients across Global Custody and Direct Custody products.
• Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels while meeting service levels.
• Monitor and resolve client queries using designated case management systems and escalate as needed.
• Support KPI reporting and service metrics to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure excellent client outcomes.
