Citigroup Dublin's Citi Service Team provides support across Global Custody and Direct Custody services, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service across Transaction Management, Cash, FX, Corporate Actions, and Asset Servicing activities. Operating from Dublin, the team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless support for domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations within financial services.
• Knowledge of custody, settlements, asset servicing, cash, FX, or tax is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support across Global Custody and Direct Custody products.
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and other channels, meeting service levels.
• Monitor and resolve client queries using case management systems.
• Manage urgent requests and escalated issues with risk controls in mind.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure a great client experience.
• Support the preparation and analysis of service metrics and KPI reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-training to broaden product knowledge.
• Demonstrate adherence to Citi's control framework and regulatory requirements.
