Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a client services professional to join the Global Custody and Direct Custody support team. You will deliver proactive, client-centric service across Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash, FX and Tax, working in a hybrid model with up to 2 days at home.

Reporting to the Client Services Lead, you will manage inquiries via phone and email, maintain compliance with standards, monitor risk controls, and contribute to MI and KPI reporting while building strong internal and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in customer service or financial services environment.
• Knowledge of custody, settlements, asset servicing, cash management, FX, tax, or related financial market products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support across Global Custody and Direct Custody products.
• Proactively respond to client inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Maintain compliance with global standards and monitor/query resolution in case management systems.
• Manage urgent requests and escalations balancing client expectations with risk controls.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and external clients to support service delivery.
• Prepare and analyze service metrics, MI and KPI reporting to monitor performance.
• Identify recurring issues via trends and root cause analysis and contribute to improvements.
