Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is supporting Ireland’s leading insurer in hiring a Senior Claims Litigation Handler to oversee a portfolio of liability claims, set case strategies, and collaborate with expert witnesses to secure optimal outcomes.

You will work with legal professionals, attend consultations and hearings, and manage costs through effective litigation tactics, while guiding and reviewing claims and providing updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified in MCC with CIP minimum and a professional or third-level qualification.
• Extensive experience in general insurance claims including PL, EL, and Motor/Property.
• Proven ability to manage litigation, settlements, and live trial environments.

• Manage a portfolio of liability litigation claims and set case strategies.
