Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Agent in Dublin, Ireland to join our client's civil infrastructure team. The role involves leading site activities, coordinating foremen and subcontractors, and ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree with 10+ years of post-graduate experience, demonstrated leadership, and strong commercial awareness to manage project costs and risks on major infrastructure

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years post-graduate experience delivering civil projects (roads, rail, bridges).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all site activities to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality.
Lead foremen, engineers and subcontractors, allocating labour, plant and materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements.
Drive project cost control and identify value engineering opportunities.
Coordinate with clients, designers and stakeholders for successful delivery.
Review drawings, documentation and construction methodologies to support execution.
Identify risks and maintain programme targets and productivity.
Contribute to project planning and progress reporting.
