Job summary

E‑Frontiers requires a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of civil and structural engineering services on a major energy infrastructure site. The role spans feasibility, design, procurement, construction and maintenance, with focus on rehabilitation and upgrades of existing infrastructure.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, ensure safety, and coordinate with external consultants and contractors on site-based activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant civil/structural engineering experience.
• Experience delivering civil/structural engineering packages.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience onsite construction and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support civil/structural engineering works from feasibility through construction.
• Promote safety culture and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Develop contracting strategies and manage procurement and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate civil works and maintenance programmes.
• Manage inspections of drainage, bunds, roofs and marine structures.
• Coordinate civil, structural and environmental activities across teams.
• Oversee contractor management and interface with external consultants.
