Fingleton White invites applications for a Senior Civil Engineer in Galway to lead design and project delivery across energy, renewables, pipelines, and utilities. The role involves statutory compliance, Building Control, and coordinating a team of engineers.

Hybrid working is available and Galway is the primary location. We seek 7+ years’ experience, a Civil Engineering degree (Honours), and a Chartered path is encouraged.

Formación

• Civil Engineering degree (Honours bachelor’s or higher).
• 7+ years post‑graduate and relevant design experience; CEng beneficial but not essential.
• Understanding Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, and local authority planning standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Full clean driving licence and own transport required.

Responsabilidades

• Project lead for design and contract management from concept to completion (energy projects, renewables, pipelines, utilities).
• Ensure statutory compliance (planning, fire, DAC) and IPC/licensing requirements.
• Ensure Building Control compliance and design in accordance with regulations.
• Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects and develop competency.
• The Senior Civil Engineer may progress to broader sectors within Fingleton White.
