Zusammenfassung

Fluor is recruiting a Civil Construction Manager to lead delivery of civil works for major infrastructure and substation projects in Ireland. The role will cover Dublin, Wicklow, Kilkenny and Wexford with occasional travel to sites.

The candidate will report to the Project Manager and supervise Site Managers, Engineers and construction teams, ensuring HSEQ compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or trade qualification in construction or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in utilities or power infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and planning capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of civil construction works including safety, schedule and cost control.
• Coordinate planning, resource allocation and progress reporting across sites.
• Manage risks, productivity and quality safeguards on projects.
