Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Athenry, Ireland is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Chemistry) to lead DOE-driven process improvements for scale-up of manufacturing activities. The role emphasizes analytical method development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop and validate analytical techniques, analyze data to define process controls, troubleshoot equipment and support documentation for quality systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline with 5–8 years of experience, or a higher degree with relevant industry exposure.
• Experience developing analytical test methods and process validation.
• Strong understanding of DOE and statistical analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead DOE-based optimization of manufacturing processes for scale-up.
• Develop SME knowledge on CPPs, CQAs, and CMAs of Dexcom’s processes.
• Contribute to analytical test method development for raw material and finished product characterization.
• Compile, trend, and interpret test data; define process limits and create risk documentation.
