Job summary

McCloskeys is seeking a Chef de Partie in Ireland to join a busy kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and a proactive approach to maintaining HACCP compliance and a well-organised workspace. Collaboration with junior chefs is essential to deliver quality service.
