Job summary

Bridge Bistro & Cafe in Ireland is seeking a Cafe Kitchen Lead / Senior Chef to head the day-to-day operations of a compact kitchen. You will influence dish development, specials and menu ideas while hands-on in a small team environment.

The role requires an organised, passionate chef, with accommodation potentially available and a wage of €19.50–€25.00 per hour, discussed after a trial period.

Cafe Kitchen Lead / Senior Chef

A great opportunity for an experienced cafe chef ready to step up and take the lead in our small, busy kitchen team of 2-3 chefs. You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and have a real input into developing new dishes, specials and menu ideas.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, organised, passionate about food and keen to make the role their own.

Wages will depend on experience and will be discussed following a trial period. Accommodation can also be included with the position, with utilities and bills included.
