You don't need to be a trained chef. Our menu is based around Pancakes, Brunch and Breakfast dishes, and we have clear systems and recipes in place. What we really need are people who are fast, organised, calm under pressure and good at working as part of a team.

Reliability - If you're rostered to work, we'll expect you to be there.
Teamwork - Our kitchen and front-of-house teams work together. No egos, no shouting and no "us versus them"
Speed - We're a busy café, especially at weekends. You need to be able to handle a large number of orders without loosing your head.
A good attitude - We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be willing to learn and take pride in doing things properly.
