Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Senior Chargeback Administrator to join Europe’s largest airline group in Dublin. You will process daily chargeback files, review eligibility for representment, and maintain documentation for disputes.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months in a chargeback admin role, experience with Skyspeed, Navitaire and Zendesk, and strong Excel/Word skills with excellent written and verbal English. Competitive salary and travel benefits are offered.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• High degree of initiative and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
• Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
• Prepare documentation for defending chargeback disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of card scheme rules and timelines.
• Liaise with fraud team on fraudulent cases.
• Provide detailed reports of chargebacks and status updates.
• Monthly reconciliations between chargebacks, updates and bank accounts.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team lead.

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Senior Chargeback Administrator to join Europe’s largest airline group

Duties Include

• Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
• Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
• Collect, prepare necessary documentation necessary defending chargeback dispute.
• Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
• Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases
• Maintain and provide detailed reports of all chargeback received and status update.
• Monthly reconciliations between chargebacks received, updates and bank accounts
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team lead

Requirements

• 12+ months working in a similar Chargeback admin role.
• Knowledge of Ryanair systems including Skyspeed, Navitaire and Zendesk.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
